A law firm seeks a Construction and Real Estate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in construction law and a strong ability to manage complex legal matters.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction contracts across various project delivery methods.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle professional services agreements and industry-standard contract forms.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group.
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with AIA and ConsensusDocs contract forms.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.

This large full-service firm has offices throughout Ohio and other states along the Eastern seaboard. Associates can expect ongoing training at the departmental level and a strong, viable mentoring program, along with quick responsibilities and client contact.
