Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, financial services, or corporate transactional practice, with an interest in tax-exempt bond finance, economic development incentives, and public-private partnerships.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents.
• Manage deal workflows and coordinate with external and internal parties.
• Interface directly with clients and other deal participants.
• Assist senior attorneys with business development and client relationship efforts.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Georgia Bar membership required or pending.
