Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions to join their team in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will work within the Corporate Practice Group, focusing on M&A and Private Equity, and will be part of the 3rd through 6th year associate class.

Duties

• Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Provide advisory services including board counseling and capital markets advice.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver pragmatic and commercial advice.
• Support clients in navigating complex regulatory environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the state of Massachusetts.
