Job Overview

A law firm seeks a high-performing Intellectual Property associate to join their team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of patent litigation experience and a background in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Duties

• Engage in patent litigation with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering.

• Draft briefs and other legal documents with precision.

Requirements

• Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Mechanical Engineering (BSME) preferred.
