A law firm seeks a full-time Real Estate Attorney with over 7 years of experience to join its thriving practice in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will engage in diverse real estate transactions and contribute to industry groups.

Duties

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and purchase & sale agreements.
  • Conduct real estate due diligence, including title review.
  • Manage real estate finance transactions and development-related contracts.
  • Engage in business development within real estate and construction sectors.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Washington State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Washington State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.
