Duties

  • Lead sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from acquisition to disposition.
  • Structure and negotiate complex leasing arrangements for various property types.
  • Advise clients on real estate financing, including loan transactions and foreclosures.
  • Counsel clients on contract enforcement and strategic real estate planning.
  • Draft condominium and association documents for mixed-use properties.
  • Collaborate on high-level legal strategy and client development.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Florida.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Ability to originate and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

  • Admission to practice law in Florida

Skills

  • Familiarity with NetDocuments, AIM, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and iCONECT preferred.
