Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate to join the Global Transportation Finance team in Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex international and domestic transactions, focusing on financing, leasing, acquisition, and restructuring of aviation, rail, maritime, and general equipment assets.

Duties

• Collaborate with shareholders on client-facing activities.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
• Experience in securitization, leveraged finance, or related fields.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Admitted in or taking steps to become admitted in California, Illinois, Texas, or Florida.

Education

• J.D. degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
