A law firm in Princeton, New Jersey is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with extensive experience in handling insurance and construction-related disputes. The ideal candidate should be admitted to practice law in New Jersey and possess significant experience in legal counseling and litigation.

 

Duties:

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including insurance and construction-related disputes
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Participate in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on litigation matters
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

 

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice law in New Jersey
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial litigation
  • Experience in legal counseling and litigation related to insurance and construction disputes
  • Strong understanding of New Jersey civil procedure and court rules

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in New Jersey
