Duties

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm.
• Experience in legal research, drafting motions, and managing discovery.
• Preferred experience in depositions, arguing motions, and mediations.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current admission to the Colorado State Bar.
