A law firm seeks a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate Attorney in San Francisco, California. Duties

  • Draft and negotiate software, technology, and content licenses.
  • Handle software and technology development agreements.
  • Manage professional services, manufacturing, and collaboration agreements.
  • Assist with M&A and equity financing transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence on contract and IP matters.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property law.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

  • Membership in the California Bar preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
