A law firm seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and a strong understanding of ITC-specific issues.

Duties

  • Participate in Section 337 ITC cases.
  • Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation unit.
  • Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
  • Familiarity with domestic industry, remedies, and enforcement.
  • Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.

  • Excellent academic credentials.
