A law firm is seeking a Partner for their Probate practice area in Tampa, FL.

Job Overview:

The Partner will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding the Probate practice area of the firm, contributing to its growth and success. This position requires a seasoned legal professional with expertise in probate law, business acumen, and strong leadership capabilities.

Duties:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Probate practice area.
• Manage and oversee probate cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring high-quality legal services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert legal advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with other partners and legal professionals to enhance overall firm capabilities.
• Stay abreast of legal developments in probate law and integrate best practices into the firm's processes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Experience practicing probate law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing probate cases and leading a legal team.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to attract and retain clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
