Job Overview

Duties

  • Manage large load interconnection and facility extension agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence in M&A and financing transactions.
  • Engage in administrative litigation before relevant commissions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the electric power industry.
  • Experience with commercial transactions and related agreements.
  • Familiarity with administrative litigation is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
