Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Partner/Group Leader in Insurance Coverage to join their team in South Carolina. This role is ideal for attorneys with an established book of business who are ready to expand their practice within a supportive national platform.

Duties

• Lead and manage complex insurance coverage matters for carrier clients.
• Drive business development strategy to grow the firm's South Carolina presence.
• Draft and deliver coverage opinions and advise clients on policy interpretation.
• Represent clients in negotiation, mediation, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys across national practice areas for integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active South Carolina Bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Minimum of six years of experience in insurance coverage law.
• Portable book of business with established client relationships.
• Proven ability to develop new business and deepen client relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
