Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Healthcare Associate to join its Life Sciences Team in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will contribute to regulatory work and support key clients in the healthcare industry.

Duties

  • Provide regulatory advisory services in life sciences law.
  • Conduct contract review and manage transactional work.
  • Ensure FDA compliance for drugs, biologics, and medical devices.
  • Advise on OIG, CMS, and DOJ matters impacting life sciences.
  • Design and implement compliance programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a top 100 law firm setting.
  • Experience in life sciences regulatory advisory and transactional work.
  • Knowledge of FDA, FTC, and other applicable laws.
  • Experience with OIG, CMS, and DOJ regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Admission to the D.C. Bar required.

Skills

  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with clients and legal teams effectively.
