Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Special Counsel/Partner to join their Long-Term Care and Medical Malpractice group in Buffalo, NY. This role offers the chance to collaborate with seasoned litigators, engage in case strategy, and foster client relationships. Duties

  • Collaborate with experienced litigators on case strategy and development.
  • Engage with and develop firm clients.
  • Participate in trial preparations and proceedings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in insurance defense.
  • Active membership in good standing of the New York State Bar.
  • Trial experience preferred.
  • A book of business is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) in Law.

Certifications

  • Active New York State Bar membership.
