This role focuses on designing and implementing training initiatives, supporting professional development, and aligning learning programs with business objectives. The position is based in Boston with a hybrid work arrangement.

Duties

  • Collaborate with partners and leadership to develop and execute training strategies for practice groups.
  • Design and implement training programs tailored to business unit needs.
  • Lead regular training council meetings and coordinate training initiatives.
  • Assess training needs and develop relevant learning solutions in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Track associate training progress and align development with performance benchmarks.
  • Integrate legal technology, including AI tools, into training programs.
  • Maintain and update training resources on internal learning platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify firmwide training opportunities and synergies.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with practice groups to evaluate and refine training efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of legal experience with strong subject matter proficiency.
  • Experience in training, professional development, or mentoring within a legal environment preferred.
  • Strong project management and presentation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and workplace tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with partners and cross-functional teams.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in good standing.
