Job Title: Partner-Level Attorney

Job Overview:

This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney with a portable book of business who thrives in a collaborative environment and seeks to contribute to the long-term success of a high-caliber team. Candidates will engage in sophisticated legal work with the support of a firm that values strategic thinking, client development, and innovation.

Duties:

  • Advise and represent clients in complex construction-related legal matters

  • Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution proceedings

  • Oversee drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and related documents

  • Collaborate with internal teams and other practice groups on multi-disciplinary issues

  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored legal strategies

  • Provide mentorship and support to junior attorneys and staff

  • Contribute to business development efforts and practice growth

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction law or related practice areas

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload with limited supervision

  • Established portable book of business or strong business development history

  • Active membership or eligibility for prompt admission to The Florida Bar

  • Commitment to client service, professional integrity, and collaborative work culture

  • Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

  • Florida Bar admission preferred or willingness to seek admission

Skills:

  • Advanced legal research and analytical skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Business acumen and client-facing professionalism

  • Team-oriented approach to problem-solving and case management

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
