Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Products Liability and Mass Torts Associate in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in complex litigation and trial preparation, with a focus on products liability and mass torts cases.

Duties

  • Engage in complex litigation and trial preparation.
  • Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct witness interviews and manage discovery processes.
  • Prepare for and conduct depositions.
  • Participate in arbitrations and trials.

Requirements

  • 4th to 6th year associate with relevant experience.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Experience in motion practice and depositions.
  • Experience with MDLs or multi-jurisdiction litigation is a plus.
  • Clerkship experience preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in good standing.
