Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join its energy litigation practice in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have over five years of litigation experience and hold an active Pennsylvania bar license.

Duties

• Prepare for trials and manage courtroom responsibilities.
• Handle file responsibilities, motion practice, and depositions.
• Utilize e-discovery software effectively.
• Conduct thorough research and draft legal documents.
• Engage in negotiation and advocacy on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Pennsylvania bar license.
• Oil and gas experience preferred but not required.

Education

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active Pennsylvania bar license.
