Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate for its Appleton, WI office. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, providing legal expertise in labor and employment matters.

Duties

  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Advise clients on state and federal labor and employment laws.
  • Represent clients before administrative agencies and courts.
