Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Morristown, NJ. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of complex litigation experience, particularly in product liability and mass torts, with a focus on defending pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer health products.

Duties

  • Engage in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Assist on commercial litigation matters as needed.

Requirements

  • Two to four years of complex litigation experience; may consider up to five years.
  • Experience in product liability and torts preferred.
  • Strong New Jersey state court experience required; federal court experience preferred.
  • Interest in product liability and mass tort work.
  • Admission to the NJ bar; NY bar admission is a plus.

  • Strong academic credentials.

  • Admission to the NJ bar; NY bar admission is a plus.
