Senior Attorney - Litigation

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation group in Miami, FL. This role is not on the partnership track and requires significant experience in commercial litigation and product liability.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and staff.
• Produce deliverables and respond to correspondence promptly.
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles.
• Provide accurate and well-reasoned work product.
• Be available to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities as required.
• Travel for client meetings and advocacy as needed.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation and product liability.
• Experience in state and federal courts.
• State court or federal clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Jersey and Florida
