Job Overview

Duties

  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering and software-related technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and protect their intellectual property.
  • Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and patent law developments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
  • Admission to the USPTO.
  • Experience in machine learning, telecommunications, autonomous driving, RF circuitry, or hardware security preferred.

Education

  • Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.

Certifications

  • USPTO registration.
