Duties

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to represent both plaintiff and defendant sides.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree with a legal background.
  • J.D. degree required.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
