A law firm seeks a Patent Agent specializing in video/audio processing to join their team in Greenville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of IP prosecution experience and be admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Duties

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications.

Requirements

  • Experience with codecs, virtual/augmented reality, and AI is a plus.

Education

  • Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

Certifications

  • Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
