Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate attorney specializing in energy and regulatory matters to join their team in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy regulatory law and infrastructure transactions, with a focus on advising data center developers and large energy users.

Duties

  • Advise clients on energy regulatory law and power markets.
  • Manage infrastructure transactions and related energy matters.
  • Represent clients in regulatory proceedings before FERC and state public utility commissions.
