Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Nashville, Tennessee, office, focusing on workers' compensation defense. This role is designed for early-career attorneys who are interested in developing litigation skills within a supportive and mentorship-driven environment.

Duties:

• Assist in handling workers' compensation defense matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Participate in client communications and case development
• Manage assigned cases with increasing responsibility over time

Requirements:

• 0 to 5 years of legal experience preferred
• Interest in workers' compensation defense practice
• Ability to learn and grow within a structured training environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to manage responsibilities and develop case ownership

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership or recent bar exam completion
