Duties

• Advise clients on the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and general securities laws.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience, preferably at an Am Law top 100 firm.
• Regulatory experience with the SEC's Division of Investment Management is valued.
• Experience with registered investment advisers and investment companies.
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.
