Duties

• Manage high volume caseloads and meet deadlines promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and case management software effectively.
• Negotiate impound lien disputes and property damage claims.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution and litigation as needed.
• Analyze and evaluate new assignments to resolve cases.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and clients.
• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Document all activities in the appropriate systems.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Mississippi.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Mississippi.
