A law firm seeks a dedicated Business Attorney with over five years of experience to join their team in Paso Robles, CA. This role involves managing business contract drafting, review, and litigation, including advisory matters such as breach of contract and intellectual property issues.

Duties

• Independently manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Appear remotely and in-person in California state and federal courts.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline contracts.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Prepare documentation, evidence, and trial materials; participate in trials, hearings, and depositions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of business litigation experience.
• Business contract drafting experience.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
