Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate with two to three years of experience to join their M&A and Private Equity team in San Francisco, California. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience in mergers and acquisitions, be highly motivated, and possess excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills. Duties

  • Collaborate with clients on M&A and private equity transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and draft documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist in the negotiation and execution of deals.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience at a peer law firm.
  • Exceptional academic credentials.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Membership to the State Bar of California.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
