Duties

• Support commercial litigation activities, including complex commercial litigation.
• Assist policyholders in insurance coverage matters and recovery of benefits.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities, including client pitches and presentations.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California bar.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California bar admission.
