Duties

• Handle litigation matters in Colorado and California from start to finish.
• Respond to pleadings and manage discovery processes.
• Conduct depositions and argue motions.
• Participate in mediations and client consultations.
• Draft and revise employee handbooks and conduct training sessions.

Requirements

• Admission to the Colorado Bar and California Bar.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to client service and team collaboration.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado and California.
