Duties

  • Manage cases from intake through resolution.
  • Efficiently litigate and resolve cases.
  • Oversee paralegals and administrative staff.
  • Provide legal counsel by analyzing client needs and determining proper actions.
  • Prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.
  • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.
  • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies.

Requirements

  • UBE 270+ or 3+ years of practice.
  • Admitted to practice in at least one state; additional states are a bonus.
  • Able to work independently while handling multiple files.
  • Prior first-party property experience is a major bonus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar license (preferred).
