Job Overview

A law firm seeks a transactional attorney with over 8 years of experience to join its Corporate and M&A practice in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, public finance, trust and estates, commercial real estate, corporate law, or secured finance.

Duties

  • Draft and review acquisition agreements and related documentation for complex M&A and private equity transactions.

Requirements

  • License to practice law in Oklahoma.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar.
