Job Title: Partner-Level Attorney

Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Partner-Level Attorney to join its Bankruptcy practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with an established book of business who are seeking a collaborative and growth-oriented platform to elevate their practice. Recruitment is being conducted on behalf of the firm.

Duties:

• Lead and manage complex bankruptcy matters across a diverse client base

• Represent clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 proceedings

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on insolvency, restructuring, and creditor rights

• Collaborate with other practice groups on multi-disciplinary legal solutions

• Participate in business development and firm leadership initiatives

• Supervise junior attorneys and legal support staff, where applicable

Requirements:

• Substantial experience practicing bankruptcy law in a law firm or comparable legal setting

• Demonstrated history of managing client relationships and handling high-stakes legal matters

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership approach

• Willingness to seek admission to the Florida Bar, if not already admitted

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar

• Florida Bar membership preferred or ability to obtain promptly

Skills:

• Expertise in bankruptcy code, restructuring, and debtor-creditor law

• Exceptional analytical, advocacy, and negotiation abilities

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus

• Proven client management and business development capabilities
