Duties

  • Collaborate with attorneys in related business units.
  • Articulate legal strategies and courses of action.

Requirements

  • Three to six years of ITC litigation experience.
  • Participation in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
  • Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.
  • Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active bar license.
