Duties

• Manage high volume caseloads with attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and case management software effectively.
• Negotiate impound lien disputes and property damage claims.
• Engage in ADR or litigation when necessary.
• Analyze and resolve cases for clients with high-value assets.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and clients.
• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Document all activities in the appropriate systems.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Self-starter with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and high caseloads.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
