Job Overview:
A Technology Specialist position based in Wilmington, DE, supporting a leading intellectual property practice. Duties:

  • Draft patent applications, including technical descriptions and supporting figures
  • Communicate with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office regarding patent prosecution matters
  • Provide technical support and analysis for patent litigation teams

  • Assist with intellectual property strategy and patent portfolio development

Requirements:

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) required
