Duties

• Conduct thorough case investigations and develop effective legal strategies.

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Advocate for injured clients by providing compassionate, responsive, and zealous representation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the NYS Bar; recent graduates awaiting admission considered.
• Strong knowledge of NYS Personal Injury Law and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, litigation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and client-focused approach.
• Desire for a balanced and fulfilling career.
• Years of demonstrated experience managing a full caseload of personal injury litigation, from initial intake through trial/settlement.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the NYS Bar.
