Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other relevant materials.

  • Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in environmental law.
  • Local Bar admission in the state of California.
  • Superior academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of a broad range of environmental issues.
  • Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the State Bar of California.

  • Strong understanding of environmental law and related regulations.
  • Proficient legal research and analysis skills.
  • Exceptional writing and drafting abilities.
