Location:

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from inception through resolution

• Draft motions, affidavits, legal briefs, and trial materials

• Represent clients during court hearings, mediations, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) sessions

• Provide strategic legal counsel tailored to clients' goals

• Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients and opposing counsel

• Collaborate with experienced paralegals and legal support staff

• Conduct legal research and remain informed on updates in Minnesota family law

• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all casework

• Ensure smooth progression of case files with strong organizational practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of family law experience, with working knowledge of Minnesota legal procedures

• Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with structure and efficiency

• Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience

• Strong attention to detail and reliability in task completion

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Minnesota

• Experience with case management software (e.g., Clio)

• Effective communication with clients, courts, and colleagues
