Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly-qualified associate attorney to join its expanding team in Denver, CO. The firm specializes in plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation, handling cases in both federal and state courts against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across various industries.

Duties

  • Engage in civil litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
  • Appear in court and participate in oral advocacy.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Collaborate on class actions and complex litigation.
  • Travel occasionally as required.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in California or Colorado, or pending admission.
  • 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Experience with class actions and wage-and-hour litigation preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
