Duties

• Advise on intellectual and commercial aspects of M&A and corporate transactions.
• Handle complex commercial transactions for early and later-stage technology companies.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Group on technology and life sciences matters.

Requirements

• Substantial law firm experience in intellectual property and contract law.
• Bar admission in the state of the office location or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law.
