Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate with three to six years of construction-related transactional experience to join its Construction and Infrastructure Transactions practice in Boulder. The team drafts and negotiates sophisticated contracts for large-scale energy, transportation, and industrial infrastructure projects.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate EPC agreements, design-build documents, and alternative delivery contracts.
• Advise on risk allocation, indemnification, insurance, and bonding.
• Communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to high-stakes infrastructure transactions.

Requirements

• Three to six years of relevant transactional experience.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
• Strong legal writing skills and academic credentials.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
