The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in complex transactional and regulatory matters, focusing on gaming, commercial transactions, real estate, and economic development projects in Indian Country.

Duties

• Advise tribal governments and gaming entities on development and management agreements.
• Handle financings, leasing matters, and land-into-trust issues.
• Manage regulatory matters involving state and federal agencies.
• Collaborate on tribal healthcare, employment, and cultural resource protection issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with tribal governments or gaming entities preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California or Arizona Bar admission.
