Entry-Level Workers Compensation Associate Attorney

Oakland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an entry-level workers’ compensation associate attorney with experience. The candidate will have opportunities to participate in trials and depositions. Will draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients. Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in workers’ compensation matters. Fluent in Spanish (75% of clients are Spanish-speaking) is required. Must be Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

The candidate must be team-oriented and have a positive attitude. Should have a can-do attitude and be willing to pick up the phone to get results. Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills are needed. The ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing is required. Must have the ability to exercise common sense in complex situations. Should be Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail.
