Duties

  • Support personal injury cases with a focus on catastrophic injuries.
  • Handle a high-volume caseload with minimal oversight.
  • Conduct client meetings, depositions, and manage pleadings and discovery.
  • Research and draft legal documents, including briefs and pleadings.
  • Evaluate and analyze personal injury claims effectively.
  • Provide expert guidance and counsel to clients.
  • Negotiate, settle, litigate, and try cases proficiently.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation experience.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, writing, research, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with The Court of Common Pleas in specified counties.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.

Education

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
