Duties

• Manage a robust caseload focused on First Party Property and General Liability defense.
• Lead significant litigation events, including complex depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Provide strategic direction on high-exposure cases and manage key client relationships.
• Act as a mentor and escalation point for junior attorneys, providing guidance on file strategy and litigation tactics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of active litigation experience.
• Deep expertise in First Party Property and General Liability.
• First-chair or substantial second-chair trial experience is highly preferred.
• A portable book of business is a strong plus, though not strictly required.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
